The Caravan Club is the largest touring organisation of its kind in Europe, providing services and activities for 1 million caravan, motor caravan and trailer tent owners. The Club provides members with a choice of around 200 Club Sites, and approached Colorado Construction to upgrade its popular caravan park at Balbirnie.
Project consisted of the construction of two external disposal points and a motor vehicle service point, together with the provision of a warden’s compound, overnight pitch and new fencing.
The internal renovations included the complete strip-out of the existing amenities block back to the bare walls and concrete floor. This was followed by the installation of new showers, privacy cubicles and WCs. Colorado employ a range of highly experienced fit-out trades people and we completed the building to a new standard including the installation of a new heating system, plumbing and electrical services.
New floor tiling was fitted together with suspended ceilings, joiner finishes and decorated internally and externally. Respatex panels were used for hygienic and easy-to-maintain lining of the walls.
