Colorado Construction constructed 5 individual holiday homes at North Third Trout Fishery in Stirlingshire.
The £0.7M project involved the construction of two new dwellings from the ‘old bothy’ and constructing three new individual houses adjacent.
The project was constructed while ensuring clear routes for the existing fishery and with minimal disruption to the owners of Greathill House.
Key features of the project include attenuated drainage to meet SEPA requirements of discharge to the fields above the reservoir together with on-site gas supply and bore-hole water supply in a very tight site.
