Providing a brand new distillery, visitors centre and exhibition space into a building of historic significance while ensuring the detailed restoration of the c.19th century farm steading, retaining the historic features.
Existing Features & Protection We utilised a custom designed Haki roof system to protect existing building features while the roof was removed to carry out rot works. The protection system provided a dry and safe working environment to allow minimum damage to building features and maximise available working time. Cambo Stables Renovation
The Seton Place property was completely upgraded while great care was taken to retain the existing period features, inside and out. The rear of the property was carefully taken down over two floors and a new extension constructed to the original building line, while holding the stone façade in place. The Seton Place project involved the complete modernisation and extension of a B-listed Edinburgh house for a private client.
Elie House is an 18th Century Category B Listed building. When the developer, Chris Stewart Group, acquired the property, Colorado Construction were asked to take on the complete refurbishment and fit-out of the remaining five flats together with the adjoining stairs and hallways.
